The Real Estate services department is happy to validate Lifetime Members real estate comps for your next projects. We can also pull comps if you don't have an agent.  We do request that if you wanting to have comps validated please attach what was pulled by the other agent that you are using. The general time frame for comp review and validation is 24 hrs or sooner. The funding partners will have a chance to review and If the funding partner interested we will shared the file with them. It's your responsibility to present the deal to them. All SVI funding request are subject to a full team review. There is no guarantee the deal will get funded and subject to availability of funds.  Always make sure you are prospecting for new funding partners to work with outside of the SVI network.
