Our deal analysis support system that we provide to our members with their opportunities is vital in making sure they are looking at a solid opportunity. Each deal is reviewed for comparable and repair viability. Saving time on the bad deals is crucial to the drive and momentum of our members. You will learn to pass on the bad and engage on the good. Numbers do not lie, emotions do!
Our Real Estate Services department will work together with the members to pull comparable information for those that don't have access to comps. They will also validate the comparable data pulled and can serve as the purchase and sales agent for our members if needed. They also specialize in the process of short sales and direct owner lead sourcing.
Our Project Coordinating and Contracting Department assists members in the process of creating and validating a scope of work. They meet with members on a consistent basis to address potential investments. Our Project Coordinators are the most important link between our members and contractors insuring a smooth project in all aspects.
Our funding and partnership department works with each member to get them approved with one or more of our network Lenders. They will make sure our members have all items in place to submit applications and supporting documents. Also in many cases our private lending network of investors including members can bring multiple funding and partnership opportunities.
